压气机是燃气轮机的重要组成部件之一,其进口导流叶片(inlet guide vane,简称IGV)安装在第1级动叶前,用来控制进入第1级动叶前的气流方向。介绍了IGV的结构;简述了2种可调IGV的控制方式;分析了可调IGV对燃气蒸气联合循环性能的影响;列举了可调IGV技术的工程应用效果。结果表明,在联合循环机组中采用连续可调的IGV技术,可防止压气机在低负荷运行过程中发生喘振,还可在部分负荷时提高联合循环的总体热效率。
壓氣機是燃氣輪機的重要組成部件之一,其進口導流葉片(inlet guide vane,簡稱IGV)安裝在第1級動葉前,用來控製進入第1級動葉前的氣流方嚮。介紹瞭IGV的結構;簡述瞭2種可調IGV的控製方式;分析瞭可調IGV對燃氣蒸氣聯閤循環性能的影響;列舉瞭可調IGV技術的工程應用效果。結果錶明,在聯閤循環機組中採用連續可調的IGV技術,可防止壓氣機在低負荷運行過程中髮生喘振,還可在部分負荷時提高聯閤循環的總體熱效率。

Gas compressor was the important constituent part of the combustion gas turbine,its inlet guide vane(Inlet Guide Vane hereinafter referred as IGV) was installed ahead of the first stage rotating impeller to control gas flow direction before entering to the first stage rotating impeller.Author has introduced the structure of IGV;has briefly described the control mode of two kinds of the adjustable IGV;has analyzed the influence of the adjustable IGV on combustion gas-steam joint circulation performance;has listed the engineering application effect of adjustable IGV technology.Result indicates that using continuous and adjustable IGV technology in joint circulating machine set can protect from surge occurring in low load running process of gas compressor,it also can increase the total heat efficiency of joint circulation in case of partial load.
