建立了微乳液毛细管电动色谱-激光诱导荧光法测定用NBD-Cl衍生后的肾上腺素和多巴胺的方法.微乳液母液的组成为w(SDS):w(1-丁醇):2(n-庚烷):w(水)=3.31:6.61:0.80:89.28.优化后的分离条件为:20 mmol/L硼酸钠+体积分数为20%的微乳液+体积分数为4%的乙腈(调pH至9.3)组成缓冲液,分离电压20 kV,峰面积和分析物浓度之间有良好的线性关系.应用本方法测定2种中药和风湿性心脏病患者血浆中的肾上腺索和多巴胺,回收率为95.8%~105.6%.

A microemulsion electrokinetic chromatography method with laser induced fluorescence de-tection was established to analyze epinephrine and dopamine after their having been derivatizated with 4-chloro-7-nitrobenzo-2-oxa-1, 3-diazol. A stock microemulsion solution composed of w(SDS) : w(1-butanol) : w(n-heptane) : w (water)=3.31 : 6.61 : 0.80 : 89.28 was prepared. The optimum separation conditions were as follows: the running buffer was composed of 20 mmol/L borate+20% microemulison (V/V)+4% ace-tonitrile (adjust pH to 9.3) and a voltage of 20 kV was applied. Good linearity relationships between peak areas and concentration of the analytes were obtained. The method was applied to the analysis of the two compounds in two traditional Chinese medicines and rheumatic heart disease patients' plasma with recoveries in the range of 95.8%~105.6%.
