采用显微硬度计和显微镜对磨损失效的混凝土输送管进行力学性能测试及显微组织表征.结果表明:输送管连接处相对于其他位置更易受到强烈的磨粒磨损而失效.对输送管连接处进行电火花沉积WC及堆焊Co表面强化处理后.输送管连接处的表层组织细小、均匀,其耐磨性能得到较大提高.
採用顯微硬度計和顯微鏡對磨損失效的混凝土輸送管進行力學性能測試及顯微組織錶徵.結果錶明:輸送管連接處相對于其他位置更易受到彊烈的磨粒磨損而失效.對輸送管連接處進行電火花沉積WC及堆銲Co錶麵彊化處理後.輸送管連接處的錶層組織細小、均勻,其耐磨性能得到較大提高.

The microstructure and mechanical properties of concrete duct were studied using micro-sclerometer, SEM and OM. The results show that the conjuctions are much easilier disabled by grain-abrasion than the other places of the concrete duct. After treated by electrical sparkle deposition of WC and bead weld of Co, respectively, the microstructure of surface layer is much smaller and well-distributed, and the wear resistance improves.
