The multi-level video monitor system has value in practical applications. It has characteristics such as long video stream transmission time, large-scale concurrent client reque,,ts and high real-time capability, and much of its performance is decided by a key factor, namely, the Streaming Media Transmitting Serler. The paper introduces the design and implementation scheme of a stream media transmitting server serving in multi-level video monitor ~ystem, including some concepts such as streaming media transmitting server, multi- level video monitor system, subscribing client and viceo resource subscribed; key technologies of streaming media transmitting server net topology, media data transmit model and module design; as well as result of simulation and application.
