目的探索螨过敏性哮喘患者一年四季居室内尘螨密度与哮喘发病的关系。方法对43例螨浸液皮试阳性的哮喘患者,每季度采集其卧室中床垫、被褥、沙发和枕头等处的积尘,用解剖显微镜计数尘螨,同时由患者逐日记录哮喘发作状况、早晚呼气峰流速值和用药情况等。结果居室一年四季间尘螨密度差异有显著性(P<0.05)。秋季尘螨密度最高[秋季(149.93±83.11)N/0.25 m2,春季(45.64±28.50)N/0.25 m2,夏季(65.25±23.41)N/0.25 m2,冬季(8.11±3.56)N/0.25 m2],且秋季哮喘发作次数较频,峰流速较低,用药品种较多,与其他季节相比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论螨过敏性哮喘患者卧室中尘螨密度与哮喘发病有关,控制尘螨孳生有可能减轻或控制哮喘发作。

목적탐색만과민성효천환자일년사계거실내진만밀도여효천발병적관계。방법대43례만침액피시양성적효천환자,매계도채집기와실중상점、피욕、사발화침두등처적적진,용해부현미경계수진만,동시유환자축일기록효천발작상황、조만호기봉류속치화용약정황등。결과거실일년사계간진만밀도차이유현저성(P<0.05)。추계진만밀도최고[추계(149.93±83.11)N/0.25 m2,춘계(45.64±28.50)N/0.25 m2,하계(65.25±23.41)N/0.25 m2,동계(8.11±3.56)N/0.25 m2],차추계효천발작차수교빈,봉류속교저,용약품충교다,여기타계절상비차이유현저성(P<0.05)。결론만과민성효천환자와실중진만밀도여효천발병유관,공제진만자생유가능감경혹공제효천발작。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the density of dust mites in bedroom and the attacks of asthma in patients sensitive to mite in four seasons. Methods Dust in the mattresses, sofas, bedding and pillows of 43 asthmatic patients with positive skin test to mite extract solution in every seasons were collected and the numbers of mite in these dusts were calculated. Meanwhile the symptoms, peak expiratory flow(PEF) values in the morning and evening, and medication were recorded by the patients. Results Density of dust mites were significantly different in four seasons [ spring(45.64 + 28.50 ) N/0.25 m2, summer(65.25 + 23.41 ) N/0.25 m2, autumn( 149.93 + 83.11 ) N/0.25 m2, winter( 8.11 + 3.56) N/0.25 m2 ] ( P < 0.05 ) and the density of dust mites reached the peak in the autumn and the patients' conditions in this season were worse with more attack frequencies, more drugs taken, and lower PEF value and there was statistical significance ( P < 0.05 ) as compared with other seasons. Conclusion There was a relationship between the density of dust mites and asthmatic attacks in the patients sensitive to mite. To control the breeding of dust mites may reduce the attack of asthma.
