目的观察重组人脑利钠肽联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 50例心力衰竭患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组各25例.对照组使用硝酸甘油注射液常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用重组人脑利钠肽.结果重组人脑利钠肽联合硝酸甘油治疗后,rhBNP治疗组总有效率及24 h后症状缓解率均优于对照组(P＜0.05),并且在临床疗效、呼吸、心率和血压也优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论重组人脑利钠肽联合硝酸甘油治疗心力衰竭比单用硝酸甘油效果更优.
목적 관찰중조인뇌리납태연합초산감유치료심력쇠갈적림상료효.방법 50례심력쇠갈환자,수궤분성대조조화치료조각25례.대조조사용초산감유주사액상규치료,치료조재상규치료적기출상가용중조인뇌리납태.결과 중조인뇌리납태연합초산감유치료후,rhBNP치료조총유효솔급24 h후증상완해솔균우우대조조(P＜0.05),병차재림상료효、호흡、심솔화혈압야우우대조조(P＜0.05).결론 중조인뇌리납태연합초산감유치료심력쇠갈비단용초산감유효과경우.
Objective To study the efficacy of RecoNbinant HuNan Brain Natriuretic Peptide and Nitroglycerin in treat Nent of patients with heart failure.Methods Fifty patients with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,Patients in control group (n=25) were trearted with nitroglycerin,Patients in trial group (n=25) were treated with nitroglycerin added by RecoNbinant HuNan Brain Natriuretic Peptide.Results After the treatment,the total effective rate and the symptom relief rate in the experimental group were all significantly better than that in the control group (P＜ 0.05).And comparing with the control group,the clinic effects,including respiratory,heart rate and blood pressure were improved in the experimental group(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion There were better clinic effects on treatment of heart failure by rhBNP combines with sodium nitroprusside than by single sodium nitroprusside.
