目的介绍气功入静状态下的人际关系调整技术与具体操作方法,以丰富现代临床的心理治疗.方法在整理治疗经验的基础上,介绍中医系统心理疗法中一项具体的有关气功入静状态下的人际关系调整技术操作方法.结果气功入静状态下的人际关系调整技术是气功入静状态下的中医系统心理疗法(SPT疗法)技术体系中的一项具体应用技术,经多年积累已逐步规范,趋于成熟.结论气功入静状态下的人际关系调整技术有较强的临床应用价值.

Objective To introduce an interpersonal relationship regulating technique in the static state of Qigong to enrich modern clinical psychotherapies. Methods Based on previous therapeutic experience, we introduce one specific technique of the Systematic Psychotherapy of TCM (SPT): Interpersonal relationship regulating technique in the static state of Qigong. Results Interpersonal relationship regulating technique in the static state of Qigong is a specific and practical technique of SPT, which has been gradually standardized and been mature with more than two decades of innovation and accumulation. Conclusion Interpersonal relationship regulating technique in the static state of Qigong has great clinical value.
