目的通过实习前进行临床技能集中培训,使学生尽快适应临床实践环境,培养和提高理论与实践相结合的临床能力.方法选取新疆医科大学第一附属医院2002级临床医学专业130名本科生,由内科相关专业具有主治医师及以上职称的青年医师担任教师,按照统一要求对学生进行临床技能集中培训.结果学生考试一次性通过率达98.0%.结论学生对临床实习环境适应较快,工作由被动转为主动.实践证明,实习前集中培训,有助于提高医学生的职业素质和临床技能,提高人才培养的质量.

Objective This paper probes the methods of intensifying the medical students' clinical skills training before clerkship to adapt to the clinical environment and develop medical students' abilities. Methods 130 medical students including 52 males and 78 females were chosen as a sample. Teachers were chosen from the attending doctors of internal medicine department. The programs were implemented in a unification process and centralized training. Results One-time passing rate of students' examination was 98.0%. Conclusions The experiment shows that receiving intensified training before clerkship in a hospi-tal has its practical value and effect in improving the quality of medical students' clinical practice. The cen-tralized training of medical students' clinical skills is helpful for improving the professional quality and clini-cal skills.
