建立了高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定小儿复方氨基酸注射液中各种氨基酸含量的方法.采用Kromasil C18(250×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以2,4-二硝基氟苯为衍生试剂,梯度洗脱.流动相A为乙腈∶水(50∶50,V/V),流动相B为0.04 mol/L的磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH=6.8);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为360 nm.所测氨基酸的线性范围为0.008~0.2213 mg/mL,平均回收率在97.85%~102.86%之间.
建立瞭高效液相色譜(HPLC)測定小兒複方氨基痠註射液中各種氨基痠含量的方法.採用Kromasil C18(250×4.6 mm,5 μm)色譜柱,以2,4-二硝基氟苯為衍生試劑,梯度洗脫.流動相A為乙腈∶水(50∶50,V/V),流動相B為0.04 mol/L的燐痠二氫鉀溶液(pH=6.8);流速為1.0 mL/min;檢測波長為360 nm.所測氨基痠的線性範圍為0.008~0.2213 mg/mL,平均迴收率在97.85%~102.86%之間.

A pre-column derivatization high performance liquid chromatogrphy method for the determination of amino acids in the children compound amino acid injection was established. The sample was derivatized with 2,4-dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB). Kromasil C18 column (250×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used. The gradient elution was performed using mixed solution of acetonitrile and water (50∶50,V/V), and 0.04 mol/L KH_2PO_4(pH=6.8) as the mobile phases respectively at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. All the amino acids measured show good linear relationship within 0.008~0.2213 mg/mL and average recoveries between 97.85% and 102.86%.
