以马铃薯栽培品种甘农薯2号试管苗为试材,研究了存0.4%、0.6%NaCl胁迫下外源激素GA_3、6-BA、IAA对试管苗耐盐性的影响.结果表明:3种激素均对马铃薯试管苗受到的盐胁迫具有一定缓解作用,使盐胁迫下的试管苗叶绿素含量提高、脯氨酸和丙二醛含量降低,其中GA_3和IAA提高叶绿素含量的效果显著,GA_3降低脯氨酸和丙二醛含量的效果比6-BA和IAA明显.

The potato cuhivar "Gannongshu No.2" was used as material to investigate the effect of exogenous GA_3, 6-BA and IAA on salt-tolerance of potato test-tube plantlets in 0.4% and 0.6% NaCl salt stress. The results indicated that three exogenous hormones had a release effect on potato test-tube plantlets in salt stress, which could increase the chlorophyll content and decrease the proline and malondialdehyde content under NaCl salt stress. GA_3 and IAA significantly increased the chlorophyll content. The decrease of proline and malondialdehyde content by GA_3 was significant than 6-BA 和IAA.
