以周麦18为材料,研究了不同浓度的Fe~(3+)、Zn~(2+)及其混合液对小麦发芽率、α-淀粉酶活力和过氧化氢酶活力的影响.结果表明,低浓度Fe~(3+)和Zn~(2+)可促进小麦种子的萌发,高浓度Fe~(3+)和Zn~(2+)则抑制种子萌发;α-淀粉酶的活性随着Fe~(3+)和Zn~(2+)度的升高显著降低;过氧化氢酶活性随着Fe~(3+)浓度的升高而降低,并随着Zn~(2+)和混合液浓度的升高表现出先升高后降低的趋势.

The influences of Fe, Zn or intermixture treatments with different concentration on seed germination, and the activity of α-amylase and CAT in wheat were studied with the materials of Zhou Wheat 18. The results showed that Fe~(3+) or Zn~(2+) with low concentration could promote seed germination. the high concentration can produce. And the activities of α-amylase show significantly downward trend with the increasing of heavy metal concentration, The catalase enzyme show downard trend with the increasing of Fe~(3+) concentration, the activities of CAT increase at first, and then decrease with the incresing of Zn~(2+) or intermixture.
