　　2009-2010年度阜城县冬早春迟，对当年的冬小麦生产造成了极不利的影响，但经过后期气象条件的转好，加上精心的田间管理，当年冬小麦产量不仅未减产反而实现2%的增产。本文通过对此年度冬小麦生育期气象条件进行简要分析，结果表明：即使遇到不利的气候条件，但在气候条件适宜时加强大田管理仍能实现保产目标。

In 2009-2010 in Fucheng, the winters came early and the springs delayed, which was adverse to the cultivation of winter wheat. But when the weather became better at the later stage, with careful field management, the winter wheat’s yield did not decrease, but increased by 2%. According to the analysis of this growth period of winter wheat, we find even in the year with bad climate, we can still get a good production as long as we strengthen the field management in suitable weather conditions.
