No. 2 Bridge on Qingshui River is a three-arch (75+120+75m)cantilever casting road bridge, the construc-tion period of which is short. Weight limit of its basket is 60 T; there is strong wind in the bridge location, with the maxi-mum pier height of 50m. Triangle cable-stayed baskets can meet the requirements of construction, which has a simple structure, definite stress and strong wind resistance. It also overcomes the shortcomings of triangle baskets and cable-stayed baskets, with its versatility and low cost, so it can be promoted in the future.
