试验选取48头(平均DIM为(99±58.56)d)中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分为4组,每组12头.分别饲喂在基础日粮中添加0%(对照组)、11.2%(DDGS10)、21.3%(DDGS20)、29%(DDGS30)的DDGS试验日粮,配制成等氮日粮(粗蛋白15.15%),日粮精粗比例为55:45.旨在评价利用不同比例的DDGS替代日粮中的豆粕和玉米对泌乳奶牛生产性能的影响.结果表明,日粮中添加不同比例的DDGS对各处理组的干物质采食量(DMI)影响差异不显著.随着DDGS添加比例的提高产奶量有先升高后降低的趋势,以DDGS20组的产奶量最高(P>0.05).乳中脂肪百分含量和绝对含量都差异不显著(P>0.05).牛乳中蛋白质的百分含量随着DDGS含量的增加有逐渐降低的趋势且差异极显著(P<0.01),而蛋白质绝对产量差异并不显著(P>0.05).结果分析表明,在奶牛日粮中添加20%左右比例的DDGS基本不影响奶牛的生产性能,同时使奶牛养殖者获得最大的经济效益.

In order to evaluate the effects of different doses of dried distillers grains with solubles (DDGS) on the lactational performance of Chinese Holstein cows, 48 multiparous Chinese Holstein cows (DIM (99?58.56) d) were randomly assigned to four treatments. Cows were fed total mixed diets containing 16.9% soybean meal (control), 9.5% soybean meal and 11.2% DDGS (DDGS10), 3.9% soybean meal and 21.3% DDGS (DDGS20), or 29% DDGS (DDGS30) as the major protein source. All diets had a 45:55 forage-to-concentrate ratio, and were formulated to be isonitrogenous at 15.15% CP. The results showed that dry matter intake did not differ. Milk yield tended to increase linearly when DDGS replaced soybean meal and corn when the percentage of DDGS reached 20% DM, in all treatment DDGS20 was the highest. There were no significant differences on the percentage of milk fat and milk fat yield. Milk protein percentage showed very significant difference (P<0.01), with a gradual decrement trend the milk protein yield was not different (P>0.05). Results of this study showed that maximum economic payback could be obtained when the dairy ration was formulated to contain about 20% DDGS(DM basis).
