用5种不同碳源、氮源进行液体发酵培养裸盖菇L-001菌株,探讨最适其产毒素的碳、氮因子,研究其生物量与毒素的关系.结果发现:裸盖菇菌丝体生物量与其毒素产量呈现正相关,最适产毒素的碳源为马铃薯淀粉,氮源为黄豆粉.裸盖菇菌丝体破壁液和发酵液对绿豆芽RNA聚合酶Ⅱ均具有阻断抑制作用,小鼠实验也表明两者均使小鼠出现神经中毒现象.

용5충불동탄원、담원진행액체발효배양라개고L-001균주,탐토최괄기산독소적탄、담인자,연구기생물량여독소적관계.결과발현:라개고균사체생물량여기독소산량정현정상관,최괄산독소적탄원위마령서정분,담원위황두분.라개고균사체파벽액화발효액대록두아RNA취합매Ⅱ균구유조단억제작용,소서실험야표명량자균사소서출현신경중독현상.
In the basis of the study of biological characteristics of strain L-001,used 5 different carbon source and nitrogen to make liquid culture. The results show: Biomass and the amount of toxin have positive correlation, potato starch is the best carbon source and soybean meal is the best nitrogen. The mycelium broth and broken extract have an inhibition effect of mung beans' RNA Polymerase I . Mouse test also shows that the mycelium broth and broken extract can make mice neurotoxic.
