为实现轴承温度的实时检测,设计了基于ZigBee无线通信技术的轴承温度检测系统.通过数字化温度传感器DS18B20检测轴承温度,应用JN5139模块构建ZigBee无线系统,并利用其内部电源监控电路检测电压.经实验表明,系统工作稳定可靠,能持续工作半年之久.

To implement real-time monitoring of bearing's temperature, a detection system for the bearing's temperature based on the ZigBee wireless technology was designed. The system collected bearing's temperature data via DS18B20 temperature sensor. The JN5139 module of Jennic company was used to design the ZigBee wireless system. The internal supply monitoring circuit of JN5139 could measure the analogue supply voltage. The experiment indicated that it could work for half a year safely and steadily without voltage shortage.
