研究全摆线齿轮的压力角与其它齿轮设计参数的关系. 推导全摆线齿轮的压力角计算公式,选取不同的齿轮设计参数绘制压力角变化曲线,进而找出压力角与模数,齿数和滚圆半径影响关系. 全摆线齿轮内外摆线齿廓的滚圆半径相同时,压力角变化曲线与模数无关,只与齿数有关. 得出了压力角与其它齿轮设计参数的影响关系,证明了全摆线齿轮应用在内平动齿轮机构的可能性.
研究全襬線齒輪的壓力角與其它齒輪設計參數的關繫. 推導全襬線齒輪的壓力角計算公式,選取不同的齒輪設計參數繪製壓力角變化麯線,進而找齣壓力角與模數,齒數和滾圓半徑影響關繫. 全襬線齒輪內外襬線齒廓的滾圓半徑相同時,壓力角變化麯線與模數無關,隻與齒數有關. 得齣瞭壓力角與其它齒輪設計參數的影響關繫,證明瞭全襬線齒輪應用在內平動齒輪機構的可能性.

To investigative the relationship between the pressure angle and other design parameters of the whole cycloidal gear. Deals with the derivation of the pressure angle formula for the whole cycloidal gear in theory, draws the curve of the pressure angle by selecting other design parameters such as modulus, the number of teeth, radius, and finds the relationship between them. The curve of pressure angle has nothing to do with modulus but the number of teeth if the two rolling circle have the same radius. The relationship between the pressure angle and other design parameters of the whole cycloidal gear is found out, and proves the possibility that the whole cycloidal gear can be used in an internal parallel move gear mechanism. It also provides a theoretical fundament for designing incorrectly an internal parallel move whole cycloidal gear.
