为全面、有效地诊断河流的健康状况,构建了基于GIS、数据库管理和决策支持等先进技术的河流健康诊断系统.该系统的主要功能包括数据资料管理、诊断模型管理、健康诊断与决策及专题图管理.采用多库联动式智能诊断设计,实现了河流健康的智能诊断与康复措施的决策生成.应用该系统对海宁辛江塘进行了健康诊断,结果表明,该系统能对河流健康做出较为有效的诊断.
為全麵、有效地診斷河流的健康狀況,構建瞭基于GIS、數據庫管理和決策支持等先進技術的河流健康診斷繫統.該繫統的主要功能包括數據資料管理、診斷模型管理、健康診斷與決策及專題圖管理.採用多庫聯動式智能診斷設計,實現瞭河流健康的智能診斷與康複措施的決策生成.應用該繫統對海寧辛江塘進行瞭健康診斷,結果錶明,該繫統能對河流健康做齣較為有效的診斷.

In onder to completely and effectively diagnose river health, a river health diagnosis system was established based on advanced techniques such as GIS, database management and decision-making support. The main functions of the system included data information management, diagnosis model management, river health diagnosis, decision-making, and thematic map management. The multi-base linkage type of intelligence diagnosis design was employed to realize the intelligence diagnosis of river health and the decision-making of rehabilitation measures. The system was applied to the diagnosis of the health of the Xinjiangtang River in Haining City. The results show that the present system can make an effective diagnosis of river health.
