目的探寻提高治疗肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎的最佳方法 .方法采用单盲法,将60例肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎患者随机分为两组:天灸膏合前炎清组(A组)、前炎清组(B组).A组穴位贴敷天灸膏并内服前炎清中药;B组只内服前炎清中药.观察患者症状改善、前列腺液检查指标改善、生活质量提高等情况及治疗疗程.结果 NIH慢性前列腺炎症状评分及疗效评价,A组(14.8±5.5,96.67%)和B组(13.2±4.0,93.33%)均满意(P＞0.05),但A组疗程(37.4±22.5)较B组(83.8±26.3)明显缩短(P＜0.001).结论穴位贴敷配合内服中药治疗肾虚湿热型慢性前列腺炎疗程肯定,疗程缩短.

Objective To search for the best way to elevate the clinical therapeutic effect and course in the chronic prostatitis patient of deficiency in kidney and damp - heat type. Methods With single - blind method,60 cases of chronic prostatitis patients of deficiency in kidney and damp - heat type were assigned to 2 groups: Tian-jiu plaster and Qian Yan Qing Decoction group (group A) , Qian Yan Qing Decoction group (group B). Group A was treated with Tian-jiu plaster on the specific acupoint and took Qian Yan Qing Decoction orally;Group B took Qian Yan Qing Decoction only. The clinical therapeutic effect and course were observed. Results The NIH -CPSI and the total effective rate were 14.8±5.5 ,96.67% in group A,and 13.2±4.0,93.33% in group B (P >0.05). The therapeutic course was 37.4±22.5 days in group A and 83.8±26.3 days in group B,(P<0.001). Conclusion It is quite effective for the chronic prostatitis patient of deficiency in kidney and damp - heat type by combination of plastering on acupoint and orally taking Chinese herbs,and it evidently shorten the therapeutic course.
