文章运用准同型相界线性霍加原理,设计了无铅压电陶瓷三元体系(1-x)(0.968B_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3-0.032BaTiO_3)-xBi_(0.5)TiO_3(简称BNBKT100x),采用传统压电陶瓷同相合成法制备BNBKT100x样品,XRD结果表明,所制备的陶瓷样品为纯的钙钛矿相,其准同型相界在0.08 < x < 0.10范围内;详细研究了BNBKT100x样品在准同型相界附近的介电、压电性能和介电弛豫特性.BNBKT100x三元体系无铅压电陶瓷在整个实验绀分范围内均为弛豫铁电体,最好的电性能出现在准同型相界附近的组成BNBKT9,其介电和压电性能参数为d_(33)=162 pC/N,k_p=31%,ε_(33)~T=2080,tan δ=4%,Q_m=119.

Lea&free(1-x)(0.968Bi_(0.5)Na_(0.5)TiO_3-0.032BaTiO_3)-xBi_(0.5) K_(0.5)TiO_3(BNBKT100x)ternary system piezoelectric ceramics near the morphotropic phase boundary(MPB)were designed by a linear combination rule,and prepared by a conventional solid-state reaction method.The dielectric and pie-zoelectric Droperties and the relaxor behavior were studied in this paper.The XRD results show that all BNBKT100x ceramic samples had pure pervoskite structure and the MPB was identified in the composition range of 0.08 < x < 0.10.The BNBKT100x ceramics exhibited relaxor behavior in the whole comDosition range,and the best properties were observed at x=0.09 with d_(33)=162 pC/N,k_p=31%,ε_(33)~T=2 080,tan δ=4%and Q_m=119.
