通过一种双层10房连体密集式烤房群的设计与应用表明,双层的新型设计,相对原推广的独立的普通密集式烤房群(含同等附属设施)提高土地利用率,可节省用地448.56 m~2，节省比例达40.57%;连体设计相对原推广的独立烤房减少墙体建设285.6 m~2,降低烤房群土建成本9.8%;通过缩小装烟室门、减少观察窗及保温措施的实施、U型地沟排湿结构设计、减少排湿口的数量及面积,减少热量损失,相对普通密集式烤房,能耗降低0.38元/kg,降低19%.密集式烤房的自控程度高,一定程度上减少烘烤用工,降低烘烤风险;同时双层结构,在土地利用方面较大节省了土地,社会效益及环境效益明显.
