目的 探讨参松养心胶囊对冠心病患者心率变异性(HRV)的影响.方法 将96例冠心病患者随机分为治疗组49例和对照组47例,分别观察两组患者治疗前后HRV相关指标的变化.结果 与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后HRV相关指标均升高,以治疗组升高更为明显,两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 参松养心胶囊可有效地提高HRV相关指标,起到改善自主神经平衡性、改善预后的作用.

목적 탐토삼송양심효낭대관심병환자심솔변이성(HRV)적영향.방법 장96례관심병환자수궤분위치료조49례화대조조47례,분별관찰량조환자치료전후HRV상관지표적변화.결과 여치료전비교,량조환자치료후HRV상관지표균승고,이치료조승고경위명현,량조간비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01).결론 삼송양심효낭가유효지제고HRV상관지표,기도개선자주신경평형성、개선예후적작용.
Objective To investigate the effect of senate pine spiritual cultivation capsule on the heart rate variety (HRV) of the patients with coronary heart disease (CHD).Methods Ninety -six patients with CHD were randomly divided into treating group(49 cases) with senate pine spiritual cultivation capsule and control group(47 cases),then the changes of HRV before and after treatment of the two groups were observed.Results HRV increased obviously after treatment in the two groups,and the treating group with senate pine spiritual cultivation capsule increased more obviously,and the difference of two groups was significant( P ＜0.01 ).Conclusions It indicated that senate pine spiritual cultivation capsule could improve HRV effectively and improve nerve balance and prognosis.
