目的 研究我国中原地区农村人群中慢性肾脏病的患病情况及相关危险因素.方法 对河南省新乡市北街村18岁以上的1819名常住居民进行问卷调查、体格检查、肾脏损伤及相关危险因素检测.结果 在资料完整的1380名居民中,经过人口年龄、性别构成比校正后,白蛋白尿、血尿、肾功能下降的患病率分别为6.2%、7.3%、1.6%.该人群慢性肾脏病的患病率为13.0%,知晓率为10.6%.经多因素Logistic回归提示年龄、糖尿病、高血压和高尿酸血症与肾功能下降独立相关.结论 在我国中原地区农村中,人群慢性肾脏病的患病率为13.0%,知晓率为10.61%,慢性肾脏病的相关危险因素是年龄、糖尿病、高血压和高尿酸血症.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic kidney disease(CKD) and associated factors in BeiJie village of the central plains region. Methods 1819 residents older than 18 years old.in the village were selected. They were interviewed and received physical examination and measurements for the kidney damage indicators and the associated factors with CKD. Results Eligible data of 1380 subjects were enrolled in the study. After the adjustment of age and gender component, the prevalence of albuminuria,hematuria and reduced renal function was 6.2%, 7.3% and 1.6%, respectively. The prevalence of chronic kidney disease is 13.0%,and the awareness rate was 10.6% . The Logistic regression model showed that age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperuricaemia were independently correlated with CKD. Conclusions The prevalence of chronic kidney disease is 13.0% and the awareness rate is10.6% in the village of the central plains region. Independent risk factors associated with kidney damage are age, hypertension, diabetes mellitus and hyperuricaemia.
