核转录因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappaB,NF-κB)是一种重要的转录因子,近年来研究表明其不仅在免疫反应、炎症及细胞凋亡中起着重要作用.在病理性疼痛的发生发展过程中亦至关重要.现就NF-κB在病理性疼痛发生发展中作用的研究进展,对其详细的作用机制可能为疼痛性疾病的治疗提供一个良好的前景作一综述.
覈轉錄因子-κB(nuclear factor-kappaB,NF-κB)是一種重要的轉錄因子,近年來研究錶明其不僅在免疫反應、炎癥及細胞凋亡中起著重要作用.在病理性疼痛的髮生髮展過程中亦至關重要.現就NF-κB在病理性疼痛髮生髮展中作用的研究進展,對其詳細的作用機製可能為疼痛性疾病的治療提供一箇良好的前景作一綜述.

Nuclear factor-kappa B (NF-κB) is a major transcription factor. Recent studies have shown that NF-κB plays a crucial rule not only in immune response, inflammation and apoptosis, but also in the development and processing of pathological pain. This article reviews the research advance on roles of NF-κB in the development and processing of pathological pain. The further insights into its detailed mechanisms may provide a nice prospect for the therapy of painful diseases.
