目的 探讨预见性护理在减轻产后乳房胀痛中的应用及效果.方法 选择2011年4～9月在我院门诊常规定期产检260例孕妇作为观察组,同期在我院分娩但未行常规产检的孕妇190例作为对照组.对照组实施常规围产期护理,观察组在此基础上实施预见性护理.比较两组产后3d内泌乳通畅情况、胀痛情况、硬结情况以及产后4天泌乳量.结果 观察组产妇泌乳通畅率明显高于对照组(P＜0.05),且乳房胀痛、乳房存在硬结情况明显低于对照组(P＜0.05);两组产妇产后第1天泌乳量差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组产后第2天、第3天、第4天泌乳量均明显高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 预见性护理干预可以有效减少产后乳房胀痛,提高母乳喂养的成功率,值得临床推广.

Objective To investigate the application of predictive nursing on postpartum breast distending pain.Methods To select 2011 April ～ September in our clinic routine regular production 260 cases pregnant women as the observation group,at the same period in our hospital childbirth but not for regular check - ups 190 cases pregnant women as control group.The control group was given routine perinatal care,on the basis,observation group implement predictive nursing.The postpartum lactation patency,tenderness,induration and postpartum lactation amount were compared.Results The observation group was significantly higher than control group in the patency rate ( P ＜ 0.05 ),and breast tenderness,induration was significantly lower than those of control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ) ; the two groups lactation amount for the first day postpartum had no significant difference ( P ＞ 0.05),but the second day,third day and fourth day,the observation group lactation quantity obviously were higher than those of control group ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions The predictive nursing intervention could effectively reduce postpartum breast distending pain,improve breastfeeding success rate,worthy of clinical application.
