目的 探讨音乐干预对发热足月新生儿静脉注射疼痛的影响.方法 在我科住院的需静脉注射的发热足月新生儿60例随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例.观察组新生儿在静脉注射进针前10min至进针后5 min进行音乐干预,对照组无音乐干预.使用疼痛面容、啼哭、心率指标和血氧饱和度等评估新生儿疼痛反应.结果 观察组新生儿静脉注射进针后疼痛面容和啼哭出现的时间晚于对照组(P<0.05).啼哭人数少于对照组(P<0.05),疼痛面容和啼哭的持续时间也短于对照组(P<0.05),进针过程和进针后1~5 min的血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05),进针后血氧饱和度的恢复时间也显著短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 音乐干预能有效减轻发热足月新生儿静脉进针的疼痛程度.
目的 探討音樂榦預對髮熱足月新生兒靜脈註射疼痛的影響.方法 在我科住院的需靜脈註射的髮熱足月新生兒60例隨機分為觀察組和對照組,每組30例.觀察組新生兒在靜脈註射進針前10min至進針後5 min進行音樂榦預,對照組無音樂榦預.使用疼痛麵容、啼哭、心率指標和血氧飽和度等評估新生兒疼痛反應.結果 觀察組新生兒靜脈註射進針後疼痛麵容和啼哭齣現的時間晚于對照組(P<0.05).啼哭人數少于對照組(P<0.05),疼痛麵容和啼哭的持續時間也短于對照組(P<0.05),進針過程和進針後1~5 min的血氧飽和度高于對照組(P<0.05),進針後血氧飽和度的恢複時間也顯著短于對照組(P<0.05).結論 音樂榦預能有效減輕髮熱足月新生兒靜脈進針的疼痛程度.

Objective To evaluate the effect of music interference on newborns'pain caused by venous transfusion. Methods Sixty cases of venous transfusion newborn were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group was 30 cases. The observation group was received music interference at 10 minutes before the venous transfusion until 5 minutes after the venous transfusion. The newborns'grimance, cry, heart rate (HR) and oxygen saturation (SaO2) were recorded and compared between the two groups. Results There were significant differences on the starting time and lasting time of grimace and cry caused by pain, numbers of crying neonates, SaO2 during and 1 to 5 minutes after venous transfusion, as well as the recovery time of SaO2 after venous transfusion between the two groups (P<0.05 or P <0.01 ) . Conclusions Music interference can relieve newborns'pain caused by venous transfusion.
