目的 探讨医护药联合查房对中医护理质量的影响.方法 制定中医护理质量评价标准,护理满意度调查表,采用医护药专家联合查房形式,定期对各病区中医护理质量、护理满意度进行评价.结果 通过2年实践,中医药知识、中医护理操作技能、中医护理病历评分显著提高,P<0.01,分级护理、危重病护理、辨证施护与特色护理评分较前明显提高,P<0.05.结论 医护药联合查房能有效提高中医护理质量.

목적 탐토의호약연합사방대중의호리질량적영향.방법 제정중의호리질량평개표준,호리만의도조사표,채용의호약전가연합사방형식,정기대각병구중의호리질량、호리만의도진행평개.결과 통과2년실천,중의약지식、중의호리조작기능、중의호리병력평분현저제고,P<0.01,분급호리、위중병호리、변증시호여특색호리평분교전명현제고,P<0.05.결론 의호약연합사방능유효제고중의호리질량.
Objective To investigate doctors,nurses and pharmacists joint rounds impact on the Chinese medicine nursing quality.Methods Evaluation of the development of Chinese medicine quality of care standards,nursing satisfaction questionnaire used medical,nursing,medicine expert interdisciplinary forms joint rounds regularly on the quality of care ward of Chinese medicine,nursing satisfaction evaluation.Results Through two years practice,the knowledge of Chinese medicine,nursing skills and the nursing case score have been enhanced significantly(P<0.05 see table 1).At the sametime,srade nursing,intensive nursing and special nursing scores also enhenced significantly.Conclusion Doctors,nurses and pharmacists combination rounds can effectively improve the quality of nursing in Chinese medicine hosipitaL
