在氧化还原引发体系的基础上,采用反相微乳液制备出新型两性聚丙烯酰胺;探讨了各影响因素对两性聚丙烯酰胺相对分子质量和得率的影响,优化了聚合工艺,并针对聚合产品在造纸中的应用进行了初步研究。结果表明,优化后的两性聚丙烯酰胺起到较好的助留助滤作用,同时也可在一定程度上改善成纸的强度性能。

A novel amphoteric polyacrylamide was prepared by inverse microemulsion using an oxidation-reduction initiating system. Factors influencing the molecular weight and yield of the polyacrylamide were investigated intensively, accordingly the optimal conditions for making the product were achieved. Then the application of the optimized product in papermaking was studied preliminarily, which showed that not only did the optimized product have good performance in improving retention and drainage, but also in strengthening paper sheets to some extent.
