剑麻纤维脱胶的常用方法为碱煮法,该文探讨了各种因素对剑麻纤维脱胶的影响.研究发现,脱胶时间和NaOH浓度是影响脱胶率的重要因素,化学脱胶的优化工艺参数为100℃脱胶2.5h,脱胶溶液的组成为NaOH 5%,Na2SO33%,Na3PO44%.

The alkali cooking was used for the sisal fiber(SF) degumming.The effect of various reaction conditions on degumming was studied.The experiment results show that cooking time and NaOH concentration are the most important factor.The optimum technological parameter has been obtained,which is as follows: cooking time of 2.5 hours,NaOH concentration of 5%,Na2SO3 % and NaPO4%.
