用AspenPlus软件对O2/CO2燃烧气氛下600MW燃煤电厂全过程进行建模分析和优化,对空分系统、烟气处理系统进行功耗分析,并对空分系统、锅炉热力发电系统和烟气处理系统三大系统耦合优化分析。结果表明,当对600MW传统电厂改造成富氧燃烧时,空分系统占电厂总电耗58.54%,烟气处理系统占总电耗26.97%,电厂的供电效率由原来的37.69%降低到25.62%;当对富氧燃烧进行综合优化后,空分系统电耗可以降低22.6%,烟气处理系统略增1.3%,电厂的供电效率可以提高3.11%,最佳供氧浓度为98%。

The whole process system of a 600MW coal-fired power plant in O2/CO2 atmosphere was modeled by Aspen Plus software, which included air separation unit (ASU), CO2 compression and purification unit (CPU), combustion system and thermodynamics system. Also, the three sub-system mentioned were coupled and optimized. The results indicate that the power consumption of ASU accounts for 58.54% and CPU accounts for 26.97% of total power consumption. Compared to the reference plant, the net electrical efficiency is reduced to 25.62% from 37.69%. With heat integration from ASU and CPU process and other optimization, the net electrical efficiency increase 3.11% and when the oxygen purity is 98%, the power consumption of ASU and CPU is fewest.
