自动BLU叠片机主要用于背光单元制作过程中各种导光膜的叠放,在叠合过程中,各种导光膜的特性不同,叠放工艺也各不相同,设备运作繁琐,生产调试技术难度高,耗时费力。为此我们设计了薄膜开关组,结合软件开发,成功优化了自动BLU叠片机设备生产调试过程,提高了生产效率。
自動BLU疊片機主要用于揹光單元製作過程中各種導光膜的疊放,在疊閤過程中,各種導光膜的特性不同,疊放工藝也各不相同,設備運作繁瑣,生產調試技術難度高,耗時費力。為此我們設計瞭薄膜開關組,結閤軟件開髮,成功優化瞭自動BLU疊片機設備生產調試過程,提高瞭生產效率。

The automatic BLU sheet stacker system is mainly used for stacking various light-guides of backlight unit. The stacking processes are not identical for various light-guides of different characteristics. Therefore the equipment operation is complicated, and the debugging technology is difficult, time-consuming and laborious. To this end we designed this membrane switch group, combined with software development, successful optimizes debugging process of the equipment, improves production efficiency.
