依据新标准《防静电服》GBl2014-2009创新设计了一种自动摩擦装置。该装置采用微处理技术程序控制,实现了摩擦过程自动化,消除了人工取样对测试的影响。样机经过防护服静电性能测试,适用方便,测试数据重现性较好,可为配套新标准提供一种新型自动摩擦装置。

An automatic friction device was designed according to the new standard of anti-static clothing GB12014-2009. A micro processing technology program was used to control the device to realize the friction process automation and eliminate the effect of manual sampling on testing. The test results showed that the device was convenient application and the test data was well reproducibility. The new automatic friction device could apply for the new standard.
