本文在实验的基础上,采用灰色聚类法对汽车轮毂轴管的淬火工艺进行了分析评估。按优、一般、差3个灰色聚类进行归纳后判断聚类性能好坏,评价结果与实际测试结果对比,聚类结果与轴管淬火后的实际服役性能完全一致。

Grey cluster evaluation method was adopted to analyze the quenching technology for automobile hub axle-tube based on experiments in this paper. Three cluster grey styles such as excellent, ordinary and had were inducted to determine whether the cluster property was good or not. Comparison results between evaluation and actual measurement revealed that clustering object was consistent with the practical active property of axle-tube.
