全日制专业学位硕士培养最大的特点是培养对象为应届大学毕业生,因此如何把这些缺乏实践经验的大学生培养成符合经济社会发展需要的高素质实用型人才成了摆在我们面前的一大课题。文章从培养目标、培养过程、运行管理以及培养评价四个方面探讨了“校企政府联动”的培养模式,其中着重探讨了培养过程中的课程学习、校企联合培养、导师指导、项目研究等方面的问题。这种模式的优势在于可以通过高校、企业、政府和学生之间的良性互动来深化学生的理论学习,提高解决实际问题的能力和推动实践创新能力。

The most significant characteristics for the cultivation of postgraduates with full:time professional master degree is that the cultivation objects are college graduates just stepping outside of campuses. Therefore, how to cultivate those college graduates with little practical experience to application-oriented high quality talents in compliance with economic and social development needs has become an urgent studying issue. This paper expounds in'detail the new cultivation mode of "intercon-nection of universities, enterprises and the government" from four aspects including the cultivation goal, the cultivation process, the operating management and the cultivation evaluation. Those issues concerning courses education, college-enterprise cooperative training, tutor guidance, and project research are studied. This mode is helpful to deepen the theoretical study of students, enhance their ability to research and solve practical problems and promote their practical innovation ability through the benign interaction between universities and enterprises, government as well as students.
