如何精确的预测出回弹量在船体外板冷弯成形中是一个非常关键的因素,有限元数值模拟技术的引入,为推动回弹问题的解决提供了有利的工具.文章基于船体外板多点成形技术冷压成形的回弹数值模拟的数学模型的建立问题,重点介绍了本构模型、单元类型、数值计算方法的选择及接触与摩擦的处理等,为后续的回弹模拟研究奠定了基础.

How to accurately predict the springback in ship hull plate air-bending forming process is a key factor. The finite element numerical simulation technology has provided a favorable tools for solving the problem of spring- back. Based on the problem of building mathematical model of numerical simulation for springback of ship hull plate in air-bending muhi-point technique, the paper focuses on the introduction of constitutive model, element type, numerical calculation method choice and the contact and friction processing, which lay the foundation for re- search of springback simulation.
