The disaster characters related .to lightning and thunder and lightning protection status of Liaoning Province were introdnced,the causes of the thunder storm and lightning event happened in rural area were analyzed, so as to defend and relieve the lightning disaster, protect the people＇s life and property security, and promote the healthy development of economic society.
