通过对甘肃省胡頽子科野生果树种质资源的系统调查和综合分析,已查明,甘肃胡頽子科野生果树资源有2属,11种和2个亚种,果实富含维生素、糖类和氨基酸,可生食、酿酒、加工果酱、果糕和果汁,亦可药用。阐述了胡頽子科野生果树资源在甘肃的分布、生境、果实经济性状及用途,对几种经济价值较高的野生果树的化学成分及利用价值进行了分析,提出了可持续利用建议。目的是为果树栽培、食品加工、医药、园林绿化等部门合理开发利用甘肃胡頽子科野生果树资源提供依据。
通過對甘肅省鬍頽子科野生果樹種質資源的繫統調查和綜閤分析,已查明,甘肅鬍頽子科野生果樹資源有2屬,11種和2箇亞種,果實富含維生素、糖類和氨基痠,可生食、釀酒、加工果醬、果糕和果汁,亦可藥用。闡述瞭鬍頽子科野生果樹資源在甘肅的分佈、生境、果實經濟性狀及用途,對幾種經濟價值較高的野生果樹的化學成分及利用價值進行瞭分析,提齣瞭可持續利用建議。目的是為果樹栽培、食品加工、醫藥、園林綠化等部門閤理開髮利用甘肅鬍頽子科野生果樹資源提供依據。

After the systematic research and comprehensive analysis of the germplasm resources of wild fruit tree of Elaeagnaceae,it is clear that there are 2 categories,11 species and 2subspecies of Elaeagnaceae resources in Gansu province.The fruits,rich with vitamin,carbohydrate and amino acids,can be eaten as a raw food,brewed as wine,processed as jam,made as fruitcake or fruit juice,and used as medicine.The paper mainly illustrate the wild fruit tree resources of Elaeagnaceae in Gansu from the perspective of its distribution,habitats,the commercial character and its usage,meanwhile,analyze the chemical composition and the utilization value of several wild fruit trees with high commercial value,and make a proposal of sustainable utilization of them.The paper aims to underlie the reasonable development and utilization of these resources in the field of fruit breeding,food processing,medicine,chemical industry and forestry.
