沪杭城际高速铁路跨沪杭高速公路(88.8+160+88.8)m自锚上承式转体拱桥采用"支架现浇,转体就位"的方案施工,转体重量16 800 t。转体结构的自平衡或配重平衡对施工过程的安全性起着至关重要的作用。在转体施工之前需进行称重实验,测定转体结构的不平衡力矩、摩阻力矩、偏心距及静摩阻系数,为转体结构的配重及转体施工牵引力计算提供相应的参数,从而确保转体结构在转体过程中平衡稳定、灵活转动并精确就位。

Since the anchor pile type the swivel arch bridge was constructed using stents cast-in-situ and swivel emplacement that acrossed the Shanghai and Hangzhou highway(88.8 + 160 + 88.8)m,16 800 t swivel weight.In the swivel process,self-balance or counterweight balance of the swivel structure plays a vital role in the safety of the construction process.In order to test the unbalanced torque,friction torque,eccentricity and static friction coefficient,offering corresponding parameters for the structure of the swivel counterweight and traction calculation swivel construction,weighing experiment should be made before swivel construction which insures that the swivel structure could be balanced stable,flexible rotation and precise positioning during swivel process.
