"GNSS基准实时数据采集、传输与监测技术"课题要求实现多台GPS接收机秒级的数据实时采集与解析。针对这一问题,分析了RTCM3.1数据格式,介绍了CRC-24校验算法,详细阐述了数据在缓冲区中实时存储的实现方法,分析了原始观测数据的还原算法及数据边界情况的处理方法;在TCP/IP协议模式下实现了天宝NetR8接收机的实时数据采集,并基于RTCM3.1实现了二进制数据流的实时解析。同天宝GPSNet软件进行比对,结果一致,程序运行稳定。

To meet the requirement for the research of real time data collection,transmission and monitor for GNSS datum,the data collecting and decoding should be achieved at second level among multiple GPS receivers.So,this paper analyzes the RTCM3.1 data format first,introduces the arithmetic of CRC-24,and then expatiates on the way of the real-time data saving in buffer.At the same time,it analyzes the recovery method of original surveying data and the resolution to the data edge condition.It accomplishes the real-time data collection of Trimble NetR8 receiver on the protocol of TCP/IP,and realizes the real-time decoding of the binary data stream based on RTCM3.1.The result is consistent with the software of Trimble GPSNet and the process runs stably.
