Differential skid-steering is more and more applied to unmanned ground vehicles. This paper introduced the advantages of differential skid-steering compared to traditional steering with the steering wheel, and made the kinematic analysis of differential skid-steering. The vehicle without a steering system must use great amounts of power when skid-steering. The paper proposed the method to increase steering efficiency via suspensions adjustments and made the static analysis of the vehicle model before and after suspensions adjustments.
