中国和美国作为世界上两个最大的能源进口国和消费国，因经济发展对能源需求与日俱增，对国际能源的依赖也日益增强。当前中关两国在能源问题上竞争日益激烈。为了避免能源因素成为影响双边关系正常化发展的重要因素，中关两国应积极创建合作机制和平台，为双边关系的正常稳定发展奠定良好的基础。
中國和美國作為世界上兩箇最大的能源進口國和消費國，因經濟髮展對能源需求與日俱增，對國際能源的依賴也日益增彊。噹前中關兩國在能源問題上競爭日益激烈。為瞭避免能源因素成為影響雙邊關繫正常化髮展的重要因素，中關兩國應積極創建閤作機製和平檯，為雙邊關繫的正常穩定髮展奠定良好的基礎。
중국화미국작위세계상량개최대적능원진구국화소비국，인경제발전대능원수구여일구증，대국제능원적의뢰야일익증강。당전중관량국재능원문제상경쟁일익격렬。위료피면능원인소성위영향쌍변관계정상화발전적중요인소，중관량국응적겁창건합작궤제화평태，위쌍변관계적정상은정발전전정량호적기출。
Due to the increasing energy for economic development, China and USA, being two of the largest energy importers and consumers in the world, depend increasingly on international energy. Currently, there is a keen competition for energy sources between China and USA. Both countries are aggressively bridging cooperative mechanism and platform in avoidance of the energy factors affecting the normalized development of bilateral relationship as the main factor, so as to lay a solid foundation for normal and sound development of the bilateral relationship.
