随着科学技术的飞速发展，电脑技术也日臻成熟。在现代生活中，人们的日常生活更是与网络息息相关，涵盖了人们的生产，生活的各个领域。随着近年来网络安全管理逐渐成为人们议论的焦点，构建一种动态自治的网络安全管理体系就变得十分的有必要。本文从网络安全管理的现状和问题出发，首先介绍了动态自治的网络安全管理的相关定义，然后分析了构建动态自治的网络安全管理的必要性，最后提出了一种动态自治的网络安全管理的构架。
