目的:研究成年女性错[牙合]畸形患者软组织侧貌特征与颅颌面骨骼及牙齿的相关性,找出对软组织侧貌影响明显的骨性或牙性畸形。材料与方法:收集120例成年女性错[牙合]畸形患者(年龄18岁-26岁,平均年龄23.5岁)治疗前头颅侧位片,利用Delaire头影测量分析方法测量颅颌面骨骼结构异常程度及鼻唇颏部侧貌软组织突度及相关角度,应用SPSS13.0统计软件包对数据进行处理,利用逐步多元回归分析法研究软硬组织的相关性。结果:鼻突度与上颌骨突度及下颌平面角相关,上唇突度与上颌骨突度及上中切牙倾斜度相关,下唇突度与上下颌骨突度及上颌中切牙倾斜度相关,颏部突度与上下颌骨突度相关,鼻唇角与硬组织相关性较小,颏唇沟角与下颌平面角及下颌前份高度相关。结论:颌骨的位置形态及上中切牙的倾斜程度与鼻唇颏部软组织侧貌有较大相关性,同时,软组织形态具有一定的独立性。
目的:研究成年女性錯[牙閤]畸形患者軟組織側貌特徵與顱頜麵骨骼及牙齒的相關性,找齣對軟組織側貌影響明顯的骨性或牙性畸形。材料與方法:收集120例成年女性錯[牙閤]畸形患者(年齡18歲-26歲,平均年齡23.5歲)治療前頭顱側位片,利用Delaire頭影測量分析方法測量顱頜麵骨骼結構異常程度及鼻脣頦部側貌軟組織突度及相關角度,應用SPSS13.0統計軟件包對數據進行處理,利用逐步多元迴歸分析法研究軟硬組織的相關性。結果:鼻突度與上頜骨突度及下頜平麵角相關,上脣突度與上頜骨突度及上中切牙傾斜度相關,下脣突度與上下頜骨突度及上頜中切牙傾斜度相關,頦部突度與上下頜骨突度相關,鼻脣角與硬組織相關性較小,頦脣溝角與下頜平麵角及下頜前份高度相關。結論:頜骨的位置形態及上中切牙的傾斜程度與鼻脣頦部軟組織側貌有較大相關性,同時,軟組織形態具有一定的獨立性。
목적:연구성년녀성착[아합]기형환자연조직측모특정여로합면골격급아치적상관성,조출대연조직측모영향명현적골성혹아성기형。재료여방법:수집120례성년녀성착[아합]기형환자(년령18세-26세,평균년령23.5세)치료전두로측위편,이용Delaire두영측량분석방법측량로합면골격결구이상정도급비진해부측모연조직돌도급상관각도,응용SPSS13.0통계연건포대수거진행처리,이용축보다원회귀분석법연구연경조직적상관성。결과:비돌도여상합골돌도급하합평면각상관,상진돌도여상합골돌도급상중절아경사도상관,하진돌도여상하합골돌도급상합중절아경사도상관,해부돌도여상하합골돌도상관,비진각여경조직상관성교소,해진구각여하합평면각급하합전빈고도상관。결론:합골적위치형태급상중절아적경사정도여비진해부연조직측모유교대상관성,동시,연조직형태구유일정적독립성。
Objective: To investigate the relationship of soft tissue profile and craniofacial hard tissue characteristics among female adults with craniofacial deformity, and to find out the structure that can affect the profile remarkably, Methods: One hundred and twenty cephalometric films of female adults with craniofacial deformity aged from 18 to 26 years before orthodontic treatment were collected and measured with Delaire cephalometric analysis, the results were assessed by SPSS13.0 software package,and multiple regression analysis was used to examine the relationship of and craniofacial characteristics variation and soft tissue profile trait. Results:Nose prominence correlated with maxilla prominence and mandibular plane, upper lip prominence correlated with maxilla prominence and inclination of upper middle incisor, lower lip correlated with the prominence of maxilla and mandible as well as inclination of upper lip prominence, nasolabial angle has no remarkable correlation with skeletal and dental structure, mentolabial sulcus angle correlated with mandibular plane and anterior height of mandible. Conclusions: The position of maxilla and mandible and teeth were partly related with soft tissue profile, and soft tissue profile has independence to some extent.
