针对某厚壁深孔筒形件,借助三维有限元模拟软件Deform-3D,对其成形的压型、冲盂和拔伸等3个工步进行模拟,分析得到各工步变形特点。结果表明,压型即将结束时载荷急剧升高,坯料底部转角处和凸台未完全充满,未充满部位在冲盂工步即将结束时得以充满;冲盂时凸模端部以下一部分锥形金属由于受摩擦作用不参与变形,随凸模刚性下移;拔伸过程坯料筒壁受轴向拉应力,润滑不良或变形量大时,筒底容易受拉变形,筒壁容易发生缩颈。
針對某厚壁深孔筒形件,藉助三維有限元模擬軟件Deform-3D,對其成形的壓型、遲盂和拔伸等3箇工步進行模擬,分析得到各工步變形特點。結果錶明,壓型即將結束時載荷急劇升高,坯料底部轉角處和凸檯未完全充滿,未充滿部位在遲盂工步即將結束時得以充滿;遲盂時凸模耑部以下一部分錐形金屬由于受摩抆作用不參與變形,隨凸模剛性下移;拔伸過程坯料筒壁受軸嚮拉應力,潤滑不良或變形量大時,筒底容易受拉變形,筒壁容易髮生縮頸。
침대모후벽심공통형건,차조삼유유한원모의연건Deform-3D,대기성형적압형、충우화발신등3개공보진행모의,분석득도각공보변형특점。결과표명,압형즉장결속시재하급극승고,배료저부전각처화철태미완전충만,미충만부위재충우공보즉장결속시득이충만;충우시철모단부이하일부분추형금속유우수마찰작용불삼여변형,수철모강성하이;발신과정배료통벽수축향랍응력,윤활불량혹변형량대시,통저용역수랍변형,통벽용역발생축경。
As for the thick-walled cylindrical cup, the forming characteristics of pressing, cupping and shell drawing during the forming process are analyzed by the finite element simulation software Deform-3D. The results show that the load increases sharply at the end of the pressing, while the bottom corner of the billet and the boss are not well formed, which can be finished at the end of cupping. Due to friction, the metal close to the end of the punch does not deform during the cupping process, it rigidly moves with the punch. As the cylinder wall of the billet bears axial tensile stress during the shell drawing, deformation at the bottom and necking at the cylinder wall would occur easily under bad lubrication and large deformation.
