采用显示动力学有限元模拟软件LS-Dyna,对某钢厂的小型H型钢的完全轧制过程进行模拟仿真分析。重点分析了有限元模型建立过程中单元的选择、网格的划分、材料模型的构建和前处理边界条件的设定;通过数值模拟分析得到了该型号H型钢的全轧程各道次的应力应变状态,并分析了金属的流动和轧制过程中金属的充型状态,为小型H型钢的轧制工艺的制定和孔型设计提供了参考。
採用顯示動力學有限元模擬軟件LS-Dyna,對某鋼廠的小型H型鋼的完全軋製過程進行模擬倣真分析。重點分析瞭有限元模型建立過程中單元的選擇、網格的劃分、材料模型的構建和前處理邊界條件的設定;通過數值模擬分析得到瞭該型號H型鋼的全軋程各道次的應力應變狀態,併分析瞭金屬的流動和軋製過程中金屬的充型狀態,為小型H型鋼的軋製工藝的製定和孔型設計提供瞭參攷。

Based on dynamic explicit finite element method and with software LS-Dyna, the full rolling process of small size H-beam was simulated. The choosing of elements type, the construction of the element nets, material model and the boundary condition were introduced in detail. The stress and strain status was derived from the calculation, and the current status of the iron and the metal filling condition were analyzed. This paper provides reference for the technology planning and the roller pass designing of H-beam rolling.
