运用文献资料法、数理统计法，对2010年男排世锦赛中、外优秀运动员的年龄、身高、体重、克托莱指数、扣球高度、拦网高度、HS和HB8个指标进行比较分析。结果表明：（1）中国队与前八名队伍运动员的年龄存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），身高不存在显著性差异（P〉0．05），体重和克托莱指数存在非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）；（2）中国队与前八名队伍运动员的扣球高度不存在显著性差异（P〉0．05），拦网高度、HS（扣球高度与身高差）和HB（拦网高度与身高差）三个指标存在非常显著性差异（P〈0．01）。建议根据此结果，结合中国男排实际情况，制定出相应的运动员选材、培养和训练模式。

Using the method of literature material and mathematical statistics, the age, height weight, Queflet in- dex, spiking height, block height, HS and HB of excellent athletes between china and foreign countries in 2010 Men＇s volleyball world championship were comparatively analysized. The results show that：（ 1 ） the age of China and the top eight teams athletes are significantly different （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , for height, there is no obvious difference （ P 〉 0. 05 ） , there is significant difference in weight and Quetlet index （ P 〈 0. 01 ） ; （ 2 ） China and the top eight teams athletes＇ spike height are not significantly different （P 〉0. 05）. However, the three indexes of bloc- king height, HS（ spiking height and height difference） and HB （block height and height difference） are very significantly different （P 〈0. 01）. According to the results, it is necessary to design a corresponding mode for athlete selection, cultivation and training based on the actual situation of Men＇s volleyball in China.
