在聚环氧氯丙烷二甲胺与弱酸性橙GS构成的絮凝脱色体系中,所生成的絮体颗粒细小难以沉降,导致絮凝脱色效率偏低.当外加微量的碳质残渣、高岭土、纳米二氧化钛、纳米二氧化硅等固体颗粒物时,所得絮体的沉降性能有明显的改善,有利于提高脱色效率.这表明这些外加固体颗粒物对该絮凝体系的成核有促进作用,即絮凝除浊对脱色有协同效果.
在聚環氧氯丙烷二甲胺與弱痠性橙GS構成的絮凝脫色體繫中,所生成的絮體顆粒細小難以沉降,導緻絮凝脫色效率偏低.噹外加微量的碳質殘渣、高嶺土、納米二氧化鈦、納米二氧化硅等固體顆粒物時,所得絮體的沉降性能有明顯的改善,有利于提高脫色效率.這錶明這些外加固體顆粒物對該絮凝體繫的成覈有促進作用,即絮凝除濁對脫色有協同效果.

Color removal of a model dye wastewater of weak acid orange GS was tested by a chemical flocculation process using poly(epicholorohydrin-diamine). Under the conditions used, the color removal efficiency in this system was low because the low sedimentation rate of the fine flocs. The sedimentation was accelerated and color removal was enhanced by adding micro-amount of foreign particles such as carbon-containing residue, kaolin, titanium dioxide or silicon dioxide nanoparticles. It was shown that these foreign particles have a favorable effect on the nucleation of the flocs. The turbidity removal process is helpful to color removal during this flocculation.
