通过解析计算和有限元仿真的方法分析了某型坦克发电机中无刷励磁机的动态励磁特性,指出其激磁绕组在高速工作过程中存在瞬态反电势过高的缺点。在此基础上,提出采用磁极端部削角的方法对磁极进行优化设计,以减小励磁磁链波动。有限元动态仿真结果表明:该优化设计方案虽然导致激磁绕组的磁链略有下降,但可以显著降低激磁绕组磁链波动,改善其反电势特性。

The dynamic characteristic of brushless exciter in the generator of certain tank is analyzed by using theory computation and Finite Element Method ( FEM). The shortcoming is pointed out that the transient back electromotive force of exciting winding is much higher than the input voltage at high speed. The method of angle-cut is adopted to optimize the pole shape and reduce the flux linkage fluctuation. The result of dynamic FEM shows that although the flux linkage is descended slightly, the transient back electromotive force of exciting winding can be effectively eliminated by new pole shape.
