采用气流吹扫微注射器萃取技术联用GC-MS对不同地区烟叶中挥发性成分进行分析,并比较其含量.结果显示:烤烟和白肋烟中分别鉴定出67种和62种挥发性成分,其中以醇类和杂环化合物为主要成分.在不同地区相同品种、不同品种、同一品种不同部位烟叶的挥发性成分含量都具有显著的差别.所得结果能为研究烟草成分提供有利的参考依据.

Gas purge microsyringe extraction(GP-MSE) and gas chromatographic-mass spectrometric(GC-MS) were used to compare the contents of volatile components in tobacco from different areas.Sixty seven and sixty two compounds were identified from Fluecured Tobacco and Burley Tobacco,respectively.Among them,alcohols and heterocyclic compounds were the main compound.The results showed that volatile compounds content in different areas of the same species and different species,different parts of the same species have significantly differences.The results can provide a favorable reference data to tobacco quality control.
