采用氯化亚锡为还原剂,对硫氰酸盐分光光度法测定锡精矿中钨结果进行不确定度研究。测量过程中的不确定度主要来自样品制备过程引起的不确定度,定容导致的不确定度,溶液中钨的测量结果和测量结果重复性引起的不确定度,转化系数0.7931引入的不确定度以及试剂空白产生的不确定度。对各不确定分量进行分析计算,合成各不确定度分量,并乘以扩展因子2得到扩展不确定度。对于钨含量为208.5ug/g的锡精矿,其扩展不确定度为20.97ug/g。

The measurement uncertainty of the analytical results for tungsten in tin concentrates with tin(II) chloride dihydrate as reducing agent by thiocyanate spectophotometric method was evaluated and the mathematic model for uncertainty expression was established. The total uncertainty mainly came from the sub--uncertainties of samples preparing process, volume, measurement results, repetitive experiments, conversion constant 0. 7931, reagent blanks, etc. The uncertainty expression and mathematical models for calculating each parameter were proposed. And the extend uncertainty for the method was obtained from the combined uncertainty multiplied by extended factor of 2. When the average content of W in the samples was 208. 5 ug/g, the expanded uncertainty was 8. 0 ug/g.
